Return & Refund Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable as these costs are incurred when shipping your order.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return:

To begin the return process, kindly contact us at info@lioneycare.com. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please include your order number or the email address used at the time of purchase. We’d also love to hear about your experience with the product and the reason for your return. Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund, which will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@lioneycare.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a prompt solution.

Order Cancellations & Modifications:

We understand that plans change, and we strive to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

For security reasons, we cannot redirect packages to a different address once shipped. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
